Is it just me or is Dhahran going through some major baby mania?

Almost everyone I know is pregnant or just had a baby! I never thought I’d be attending or be invited to more baby showers than birthday parties…

So in the spirit of this “season,” I thought I’d do a little throwback to a baby room and bathroom that I think is the epitome of cool, and was done in one of the homes here in Dhahran!

I’m sure some of you have seen this before, but for those mamas who haven’t or are struggling with ideas, this should hopefully get those creative juices flowing!

Baby Room Highlights…

This baby room was part of a home and garden tour that I featured on my blog last year – A Pinterest-y Inspired House. This mama is SUPER talented and a SUPER DIY-er. It’s so inspiring and so intimidating at the same time, but remember… if you don’t want to do it yourself, you can always get someone to do it for you here for a reasonable price 🙂

The Ikea frames in this room were painted with chalk paint in different ombre colors with prints from Etsy. The deer heads were also a purchase from Etsy. The cribs were bought from Pottery Barn and were originally pink on the ends. The ends were then chalk painted teal to match the ombre wall…
