I’ve been waiting for so long to share these Thursday faves with you! Sooo many beauties. Also, the sesame chicken is to die for…
My Favorite House Tour: The Vineyard Street Project is not new, but is one of my faves by Studio McGee. The master bedroom with its gorgeous blue nightstands, the perfectly styled mid-century modern informal living room, and of course the super dramatic formal living room with the emerald green couch and dark walls is incredible. Love.
My Favorite Recipe: I was craving American Chinese take-out this week so I decided to try out this Sesame Chicken recipe by Rasa Malaysia, a super awesome Asian food blog. It was DEEELISH! This website actually has a lot of those Chinese take-out recipes that you’re probably craving – I’m totally making the Mongolian Beef and General Tso’s Chicken recipes next! But I do have to warn you, this sesame chicken recipe is ridiculously addictive. I probably ended up eating a pound of chicken… No joke.
My Favorite Purple Décor: OK. I know their products are kinda pricey, and you probably don’t need a Le Creuset pot, but I just can’t help but love their new Provence collection in gorgeous lavender. The ombré effect looks sooo good! Right now, these beauties are being sold on the Sur La Table website, so feel free to buy me one. Any piece is fine… especially the braiser.
My Favorite Designer: I love browsing projects by Amanda Barnes Interiors. Her designs are so classy and elegant in an earthy way. What is always so surprising to me though is that she uses trendy items and makes them look effortlessly timeless. She’s the best with the softer color palettes as well. Such a fan.
My Favorite Restaurant: This “Fave” may not show up in every Thursday faves edition (we have limited restaurants in Kingdom), but I had to add Salt this week since I recommended it to a friend, and then couldn’t stop thinking about it… The first time I tried their burgers was at their Kite Beach location in Dubai, but it tastes just as good in their Khobar location. They even brought their food truck to Dhahran camp for a few days, so I love them even more now. While their burgers are definitely awesome, they pretty much have the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. It has Cheetos in it. Yeah. Pure genius.
My Favorite Pinterest Find: I NEED my parties to look like this. I’m seriously obsessed with this brunch that Rach Parcell (from Pink Peonies) hosted. #partygoalstothemax
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
